Lords COVID-19 Update

As the Covid-19 virus continues to spread in North America, Lords of Gastown will always put the well-being of our customers, employees, partners, and community as our priority. We are reaching out to let you know our progress at Lords of Gastown, both from a health and safety standpoint as well as customer service/care and shipping.
Our Lords Apparel division in Toronto has continued to process and ship all Lords Soft Goods. Any current orders are still being filled and shipping ASAP, however, you may see delays with shipping carriers worldwide. This is all subject to change if additional government mandates are implemented, amongst other unforeseen variables.
Our Lords Workshop and Vancouver division has transitioned to work remotely wherever possible and our customer care team will field and respond to emails and calls as best they can during this time. Shipping will continue to be sent on a reduced schedule of 1-2 days a week as needed, and all precautionary measures are being taken to ensure all safety protocols. All local pickup orders will be shipped out under our free local standard shipping method for the time being. We are not accepting drop ins, pickups, or any customers until further notice.
We are asking our customers to be patient with us as we are in the process of transitioning our Cut and Sew department to a remote and digitized operation. Our response times may be slightly delayed, but we expect to be operating remotely and assure you we will be shipping very soon.
