BMC Parts Policy

 Custom made seats and fiberglass fairing are not eligible for returns. These parts are built to order specifically for your bike.

For all other items, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Orders more than 24 hours old cannot be cancelled/changed. We build these items to order and start right away, so please be sure of your order before submitting.

For any approved cancellations, buyer pays 10% restocking fee.

Fairing kits cannot be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed are not eligible for returns.

For all approved returns, shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer pays 10% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: BMC products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Aftermarket Tanks, Tank Consoles (dashes), aftermarket fenders, ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you. Our seats are built to fit stock bikes.
