All sales are final, with the exception of exchanges.
Exchanges will be honoured up to 21 days from when the product was received. A store credit will be issued (not including shipping costs). If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as bodysuits and booty shorts, with an addition of non-refundable gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit gift card will be created and emailed to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, with duty or taxes associated with the shipment.
