Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to the public but not to members of the Board of Directors, contract employees of the Lords Of Gastown Motorcycle Co, those associated directly with the Lottery, or their immediate families and any other person residing in the same household. Entries are obtained only through Lordsofgastown.com in Canada. Entry holders/winner must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Canada, United States or Mexico.

2. HOW TO ENTER
Entries are made through the Lordsofgastown.com website, get 1 free entry included with every item from the Giveaway Limited Edition collection.

3. CHANCE OF WINNING 
Entries available are 500, chances of winning are 1/500 per entry. The winner will be drawn randomly using software specialized in picking winners at random. A recording will be kept on file. Only one winner will be chosen for the prize.

4. PRIZES NON-REFUNDABLE
The giveaway prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners. Costs incurred in picking up the prize awarded are borne by the winner.

6. PUBLICITY
The giveaway winner will consent to the release of their names by Lords Of Gastown.

7. RELEASE
As a condition of and in consideration for receiving the Grand Prize Package, the winners will be required to execute a release, waiver and indemnity in favour of the Lords Of Gastown., its officers, directors, employees and agents, releas­ing the aforesaid from any and all liability, damages, costs and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by the winner arising from or in any way connected to the prizes awarded and indemnifying the aforesaid in respect of any such claim of any third party.

8. ENTRIES
Each entry is eligible for all draws if obtained by deadlines stated. Entries must be obtained from Lords Of Gastown and contact info should entry holders phone number, email, and home address.

9. DETERMINATION OF PRIZE VALUES
Any reference as to the value of any prize is the estimated suggested retail replacement cost of such prize as quoted by the suppliers. The total fair market value of the prize is $30,000.

11. CUTOFF TIMES AND DATES
Entries will cease on the at November 28, 2024, or when maximum available of 500 entries have been given out and all entry boxes will be collected shortly after.

12. GRAND PRIZE
Total Grand Prize package is worth over $30,000 (estimated suggested retail replacement value at date of the commencement of the giveaway; fair market value and actual resale value may be less). Lords Of Gastown Motorcycle Co. in no way represents or warrants that any prize winner will be able to obtain equivalent cash value upon resale of any prize.

All winners will be contacted by phone or email.
To claim a prize, prize winners must provide the following documents on request:
• Signed and witnessed Waiver Form
• A copy of their valid Photo Identification
• Correctly solve a skill-testing question

If prize cannot be accepted or collected, prize will be passed on to runner-up.
