Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to the public but not to members of the Board of Directors, contract employees of the Lords Of Gastown Motorcycle Co, those associated directly with the Lottery, or their immediate families and any other person residing in the same household. Entries must be obtained in accordance to Lords Giveaway Terms and Conditions stated below. Entry holders/winner must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Canada, United States or Mexico.

2. CHANCE OF WINNING 
Entries available are 500, chances of winning are 1/500 per entry. The winner will be drawn randomly using software specialized in picking winners at random. Only one winner will be chosen for the prize.

3. PRIZES NON-REFUNDABLE
Lords Giveaway prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners. Costs incurred in picking up the prize awarded are borne by the winner.

4. PUBLICITY
The Lords Giveaway winner will consent to the release of their names by Lords Of Gastown.

5. CLAIM
All Lords Giveaway winners will be contacted by phone or email. If prize cannot be accepted or collected, prize will be passed on to runner-up.

To claim a prize, prize winners must provide the following documents on request:
• Signed and witnessed Waiver Form
• A copy of their valid Photo Identification
• Correctly solve a skill-testing question

6. RELEASE
As a condition of and in consideration for receiving the Lords Giveaway Grand Prize Package, the winners will be required to execute a release, waiver and indemnity in favour of the Lords Of Gastown., its officers, directors, employees and agents, releas­ing the aforesaid from any and all liability, damages, costs and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by the winner arising from or in any way connected to the prizes awarded and indemnifying the aforesaid in respect of any such claim of any third party.

7. ENTRIES
Each Lords Giveaway Entry is eligible for all draws if obtained by Contest Period deadline stated. Entries must be obtained from Lords Of Gastown and contact info should entry holders phone number, email, and home address.

8. DETERMINATION OF PRIZE VALUES
Any reference as to the value of any prize is the estimated suggested retail replacement cost of such prize as quoted by the suppliers. The total fair market value of the prize is $30,000.

9. CONTEST PERIOD TIMES AND DATES
Contest Period will cease on November 28, 2024 AT 12:01AM PST, or when maximum available of 500 Lords Giveaway Entries have been distributed in accordance to Lords Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

10. GRAND PRIZE
Total Lords Giveaway Grand Prize package is worth over $30,000 (estimated suggested retail replacement value at date of the commencement of the giveaway; fair market value and actual resale value may be less). Lords Of Gastown Motorcycle Co. in no way represents or warrants that any prize winner will be able to obtain equivalent cash value upon resale of any prize.

11. HOW TO ENTER
A) PURCHASE. Lords Giveaway Entries are obtained in purchases made through the Lordsofgastown.com website. One (1) Lords Giveaway Entry included with every purchase per item from the Lords Giveaway Limited Edition collection.

B) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain a Lords Giveaway Entry without completing a purchase from the Lords Giveaway Limited Edition Collection as set out above, an eligible entrant may send a FREE Lords Giveaway Entry Request in writing. Lords Giveaway Entry Request must include the entrant’s first name, last name, age, phone number, valid email address, Lords Giveaway Request post date, and be in an envelope with sufficient postage mailed to: Lords Of Gastown Giveaway, #107-20167 96th Ave, Langley BC Canada, V1M 3C5. Upon receipt of a Giveaway Entry request in accordance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), the applicable entrant will be provided with; one (1) Lords Giveaway Entry. Lords Giveaway Entry per mailed request is limited to one (1) Giveaway Entry per person per Purchase Day (based on the applicable postmark date). For certainty, Lords Giveaway Entry Requests that do not indicate a valid email address will be ineligible to receive a Lords Giveaway Entry. Lords Giveaway Request which do not include the aforementioned contact requirements are void. To be eligible, Lords Giveaway Requests must be postmarked and received by no later than the end of the Contest Period.
