Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items and approved size exchanges.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds may be issued in special cases only and can take up to 3 weeks to process.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Helmets
- Facemasks
- Gift Cards
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement item of equal value or store credit.
All returned items are subject to inspection and must be received in new, unused condition.
Canadian customers may be provided with a return shipping label. U.S. and international customers are responsible for shipping items back to Lords. Please send us a copy of your return shipping receipt, and we will reimburse the approved shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
To request a size exchange, please email us at info@lordsofgastown.com with your order details and the size you would like.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value or receive store credit.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send an invoice for the return shipping cost. Once paid, your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, including return postage, replacement shipping, customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees charged during shipment.
