Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and shipment details.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Express/priority shipping reduces transit time once your order has shipped but does not affect processing time.
Production Timeframe Exceptions:

Standard in-stock items: Shipped within 48 hours of order processing unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Made-to-Order & Custom Garments: Please allow 4–8 weeks for production prior to shipment.

Helmets & Shields: May require 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Motorcycle Parts: Many parts are manufactured to order and typically require 4–8 weeks of production time before shipping.
Please note that some regularly stocked items may occasionally be temporarily unavailable despite showing as in stock online. In these cases, items are typically restocked and shipped within 10–15 business days.
Local Pickup Orders
Orders selected for Local Pickup may be picked up from our Langley, BC showroom. Please allow time for order processing and wait until you receive a pickup confirmation email before arriving. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.
US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All US and international orders are subject to duties and taxes, as well as clearance by customs which may cause delay in the delivery of your package.
All customs duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
